Brookside Properties in Cookeville, TN is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Hampton Creek Apartments. You will oversee daily tasks, manage a maintenance team, coordinate turns, and ensure service excellence for residents.

Qualifications

EPA Certification required.
