Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Revere at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, TN. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, plus at least 2 years in multifamily housing. You will manage vendors, inventory, and budgets, and respond to after-hours calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily housing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Strong HVAC experience.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Ability to handle after-hours emergency calls.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
