Job summary

Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff at a high‑complexity multi‑unit residential property. You will supervise, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs of heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will liaison with contractors, prepare bid specs, and manage vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years in commercial or multi‑unit property maintenance.
• English communication skills; multilingual a plus.
• HVAC experience and driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks.
• Repair and maintain mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Interface with contractors and vendors.
• Create specifications and secure bids.
