Job summary

Brookfield Properties seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team at a multi-unit residential property. You will supervise grounds, interior and exterior maintenance, and oversee custodial tasks, while diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.

The role requires 3-4 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, EPA/HVAC certification, and strong English communication. Competitive pay and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit property.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate activities.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC systems.
• Perform routine carpentry duties such as doors, moldings, and painting.
• Handle electrical tasks including lighting and wiring inspections.
• Address plumbing duties like unclogging and pipe repairs.
• Interface with contractors, solicit bids, and manage vendor relations.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
