The role involves supervising staff, coordinating repairs, and performing skilled maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience, a High School diploma or GED, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance; 5–7 years can offset education.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbal and written.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including HVAC.
• Perform carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; obtain bids.
