You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operations across heating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and housekeeping.

The role requires 3–4 years of related experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work with contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property experience.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates maintenance staff.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment including HVAC.
• Performs carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
• Interfaces with contractors and vendors; secures bids.
