Job summary

Brookfield Real Estate Ecosystem seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a high‑complexity multi‑unit property. You will supervise the maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure building systems operate efficiently, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks.

You will train and coach team members, interface with contractors, and secure bids following our bid process. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 3–4 years of commercial property experience; HVAC/Electrical

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years in commercial or multi‑unit property maintenance.
• English communication skills required, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate activities.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC.
• Perform carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Interface with contractors and obtain bids following bid processes.
• Train, coach and communicate with the maintenance team.
