Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, performing diverse repairs, and overseeing budget and risk management. Strong leadership and carpentry skills are essential for this role at our luxury class A property with 300+

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and applicable laws.
• Manage service requests and unit make-ready standards.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Monitor safety, budget adherence, and risk management controls.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team; participate in on-call rotations.
