Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's maintenance operations, including ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests. A strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is essential.

You will lead a service team, manage budgets, and ensure timely, high-quality work while upholding Bedrock's commitment to resident and owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 certification required for refrigerant handling.
• HVAC certification or equivalent required.
• Selected candidate must obtain required certification within 60 days if not currently certified.
• Preferred: OSHA 10/30, CPO, plumbing or electrical licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the workflow for the service staff and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (as allowed).
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Perform service requests promptly and accurately.
• Operate computers and company software to access email and company-utilized systems.
• Adhere to Bedrock's service standards and vacant turn times.
• Demonstrate leadership, forward thinking and initiative.
