Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Supervisor in Cary, NC to lead a service team responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other apartment maintenance tasks on-site at Bexley at Triangle Park.

This working lead role supports scheduling, supervising in-house and vendor work, and on-call duties to maximize rents and occupancy while delivering quality service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in trade-related maintenance.
• At least 2 years supervising apartment maintenance.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• HVAC repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating a service team.
• Schedule turns and assign work orders.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Share on-call duties with team.
• Maintain grounds and building upkeep to uphold occupancy.
