Job summary

Weinstein Properties in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Bexley Crossing at Providence to lead a skilled service team in keeping grounds and buildings well-maintained. You will oversee repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades while delivering top-tier resident service and ensuring high occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of trade-related experience.
• At least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisory role.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I & II or Universal).
• Proficient with work-order systems and email communications.
• Valid driver's license and own tools.
• Background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities
