Qualifications

• Onsite apartment experience as Assistant Manager or similar leasing role.
• Experience with property-management software RealPage/Knock/Onesite preferred.
• Ability to manage files securely and support resident services.

Responsibilities

• Support residents and maintain confidential files.
• Manage rental income collection and deposits daily.
• Assist leasing and show apartments when needed.
• Inspect turnover-ready units prior to move-in.
• Fill in for the Property Manager during absences.
