Job summary

AMLI Residential in Buckhead is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at AMLI Buckhead, a luxury mid-rise community near Phipps Plaza. You will guide a hands-on team, prioritize repairs, and ensure residents receive exceptional service every day.

You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems; manage preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, and turns; participate in budgeting and safety programs while coordinating with the Community

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or lead maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident service.
• Ability to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations for the community.
• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members.
• Oversee service requests, apartment turns, preventative maintenance programs, and vendor relationships.
• Troubleshoot repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and building systems.
• Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify maintenance needs.
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and maintenance-related expenses.
• Partner with the Community Manager on budgeting, capital projects, and long-term maintenance planning.
• Enforce OSHA regulations, safety standards, and AMLI policies.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.
