Job summary

Lighthouse-Property-Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta, GA. You will lead day-to-day maintenance operations for a 136-unit complex, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation while supporting the Property Manager with budgets and goals.

You will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs, coordinate unit turns, and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have apartment maintenance experience and supervise maintenance techs.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property in line with safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee unit turns and ensure vacant units are rent ready on schedule.
• Lead daily team huddles, monitor productivity, and schedule staff within budget.
• Supervise outside contractors and evaluate vendor performance.
• Handle after-hours service on a rotating schedule.
