Job summary

Trio Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a Greenwich, CT community. You will supervise staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community with focus on safety, quality, functionality, and resident experience.
• Supervise maintenance staff and porters.
• Direct maintenance and janitorial teams for market-ready apartments; perform repairs.
