Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep one or more communities in prime condition, deliver excellent service to residents, and manage prep for move-ins within budget. Hours vary by community and may include weekends and after-hours emergencies.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, staff supervision, and ongoing safety education, with opportunities to influence capital improvements and operational efficiency across the properties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on apartment maintenance experience is required.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• HVAC knowledge; CFC certification within 90 days of employment.
• Boiler license is highly preferred.
• 1 year as Maintenance Supervisor or 6 months with Peak Living.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in hiring and staffing decisions as directed by leadership.
• Teach skills to staff members and schedule work.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure common areas are clean and secure.
• Perform preventive maintenance for pools, lots, exteriors, etc.
• Make capital improvement recommendations.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Visit competing properties to inspect maintenance quality.
• Order parts to repair the community and educate staff on safety.
