W3Global in Bay Shore, NY is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will oversee maintenance staff, drive preventive and corrective maintenance, and focus on reliability and safety to minimize downtime.

You will coordinate with production teams, manage CMMS records, and implement improvements to reduce costs while ensuring quality and compliance with food-safety standards.

Formación

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in CMMS and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production schedules and quality.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and utilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to extend equipment life.
• Analyze downtime reports to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs across maintenance work.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records in CMMS.
• Coordinate schedules with Maintenance Manager, planners, and production teams.
• Assist with spare parts inventory management and budgets.
• Train maintenance personnel on operation, safety, and preventive practices.
• Support performance management and coaching of staff.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely repairs.
• Identify equipment upgrades and process improvements to boost productivity.
