Job summary

Easy Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the shift maintenance team and keep production and packaging equipment running safely, reliably, and in compliance with food safety standards.

This hands-on role emphasizes daily maintenance priorities, safe work execution, downtime response, and accurate work order documentation while collaborating with production, QA, sanitation, stores, and the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years leading a crew as lead, senior technician or supervisor
• Strong multicraft troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Working knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding, permits, and plant safety programs
• Experience running PM programs and work orders in a CMMS
• Proven ability to set priorities under pressure and communicate with production, QA and sanitation
• Computer skills for CMMS, email, spreadsheets and KPI reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead shift maintenance team and coordinate crew assignments
• Enforce safety standards: LOTO, guarding, PPE and safe work practices
• Maintain GMP and food safety compliance; ensure QA/sanitation sign-off before restart
• Prioritize downtime, assign personnel and parts, document root causes
• Oversee PMs and work orders; ensure audit-ready documentation
• Coach and develop technicians; cross-train and mentor
• Track downtime, OEE, PM completion and report to Maintenance Manager
