Job summary

Tosca is seeking a hands-on Lead Maintenance professional to keep equipment running safely and efficiently, serving as the go-to expert for the facility. You will lead a maintenance team, manage the MMS, and ensure safety compliance with Lockout/Tagout procedures.

We value strong troubleshooting skills, experience with PLCs and 480V systems, and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining records and driving continuous improvement. First shift available with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and maintain the MaintainX Maintenance Management System (MMS), including work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment records, and maintenance documentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Minimize downtime by quickly resolving equipment issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities.
• Support PLCs, motors, conveyors, compressors, and facility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records; drive continuous improvement.
