Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC (US) is seeking aMaintenance Supervisor to lead our first-shift maintenance team in keeping critical equipment running safely and efficiently. You will serve as the go-to maintenance expert for the facility, troubleshoot PLCs, motors, and conveyors, and coordinate daily maintenance activities.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong problem solving, and leadership experience. Expect a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule with competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Food, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Minimize downtime by quickly resolving equipment issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities.
• Support PLCs, motors, conveyors, compressors, and facility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records.
• Help drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
