Job summary

Tosca is seeking a hands-on lead maintenance professional for the first shift at our Lakewood, WA facility. You’ll ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently, acting as the maintenance expert for the site and leading a small team.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and prioritize daily activities to minimize downtime. Strong PLC/VFD experience and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred.

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Food, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Pay And Perks

Starting at $100,000+ base salary, plus a 10% annual performance bonus. Compensation may be higher based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Work Schedule

Enjoy a consistent first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
