Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC (US) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, and manage the MaintainX MMS with work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.

Starting at $75,000+ base plus a 10% annual bonus, with potential for higher compensation based on experience. First shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, in Springfield, MO. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Food, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As the lead maintenance professional, keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
• Lead, coach, and support the maintenance team to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain the MaintainX Maintenance Management System (MMS) including work orders, preventive maintenance, and records.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Minimize downtime by resolving issues quickly.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Support PLCs, motors, conveyors, and facility systems.
• Ensure safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain work orders and records.
• Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
