Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our 1st shift in Lakewood, WA. You'll keep equipment running safely and efficiently, serving as the go-to maintenance expert for the facility.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating daily activities while driving reliability and continuous improvement. Shifts run 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors and 480V equipment preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Minimize downtime by quickly resolving equipment issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities.
• Support PLCs, motors, conveyors, compressors, and facility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records.
• Help drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability.

What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Food, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Pay and Perks:

Starting at $100,000+ base salary, plus a 10% annual performance bonus. Compensation may be higher based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Work Schedule

Enjoy a consistent first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
