Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 5–10 years of experience in facility and equipment maintenance and design.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs and trains maintenance personnel.
• Directs and controls multiple maintenance projects.
• Monitors maintenance logs and coordinates preventive maintenance.
• Coordinates and schedules repairs and installs.
• Maintains open communication with fabrication and warehouse to meet schedules.
• Designs electrical component builds, changes, and installs.
• Produces prints and drawings as required.
• Ensures maximum throughput while maintaining quality.
• Maintains supply inventories and notifies purchasing when stock is low.
