Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Solid working knowledge of both mechanical systems and electrical control systems.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment such as winders, slitters, presses, annealing and cutting lines; ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on production equipment and related machinery.
• Conduct machine repairs, adjustments, and part replacements to minimize downtime.
• Complete scheduled PM tasks using CMMS and maintain equipment documentation.
• Assist with calibration, wiring, and testing of control panels and safety devices.
• Support safety audits and 5S initiatives on the manufacturing floor.
