GridBridge, Inc. in Greeneville, TN is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment used in transformer-component production.

The role supports uninterrupted plant operations by performing preventive maintenance, PM scheduling, and equipment calibration, while ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement in collaboration with operations, engineering and quality teams.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years hands-on maintenance in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical control systems.
• Experience with PLC-based machines; reading schematics preferred.
• CMMS experience and safety training beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Diagnose issues on motors, drives, PLC systems, sensors, relays, and material handling systems.
• Repair, adjust, and replace parts to minimize downtime.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance and document using CMMS.
• Support safety audits and 5S initiatives; ensure compliance with OSHA/NFPA 70E.
