Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and manage daily operations across a portfolio of communities. You will supervise trades, schedule work, and ensure all units are move-in ready and compliant with safety standards.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to protect the assets. A strong focus on leadership, training, and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• Supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• EPA certification is required; CPO certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team with accountability.
• Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and service.
• Supervise vendor partners to ensure timely, safe work to company standards.
• Manage capital improvement projects from bids to execution.
• Oversee make-ready units to ensure move-in readiness and quality.
