Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to provide leadership for our maintenance functions, ensuring preventive maintenance of plant and equipment, electrical troubleshooting, and safety compliance.

The role supports production by minimizing downtime and maximizing capacity. The successful candidate will lead a team, uphold OHSA and environmental standards, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes, while coordinating new equipment installations and SOP

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance functions and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Minimize downtime to maximize production capacity.
• Ensure OSHA, environmental, and corporate safety compliance.
