Responsibilities

• Diagnose the source of defects and perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and ensure timely occupancy.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools and assist with budget considerations.
• Complete monthly preventive maintenance per policy and procedure.
