The role requires 5+ years electro‑mechanical experience, 2+ years as a supervisor, and a valid driver’s license. Strong safety focus and continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the electro‑mechanical field.
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader/supervisor.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Experience in industrial, commercial construction, or material handling/conveyor systems industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ICS and PBB operations under the Operations and Maintenance Manager.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with customers to monitor performance.
• Enforce staff safety plans and training requirements per the health and safety program.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and performance coaching.
