Responsibilities

• Complete monthly building and unit inspections.
• Review third-party inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Prepare work schedules for the team and vendors; manage preventive maintenance.
• Participate in on-call activities after hours.
• Complete hands-on maintenance as needed.
