Job summary

Related Affordable is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for its 94-unit Section 8/LITHC community, Trees-Holly, in Denver, CO. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality in the buildings and grounds.

You will oversee maintenance tasks, assist with resident service requests, and lead a team in providing excellent service. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to lead a dedicated team while offering opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• Schedule flexibility required, including weekends.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of work orders from resident service requests.
• Develop and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Inspect the building and property daily to address safety issues.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
