Job summary

Tyson Foods, United States, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the Prepared Foods location on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM). You will oversee plant maintenance, lead technicians, and partner with the Maintenance Manager to enforce policies and a safe, clean environment.

This role requires an Associate’s degree (preferred), 3+ years of maintenance leadership, PM programs, GMP/HACCP/PSM, PLC basics, and SAP/MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Lead.
• Experience in directing, evaluating and training maintenance technicians.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, with strong documentation skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience; SAP and MS Office knowledge a plus.
• Basic PLC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Work Orders are assigned correctly and completed on time.
• Train Maintenance Associates on the PM Program, Work Orders and SOPs.
• Communicate expectations to Maintenance staff regarding teamwork and performance.
• Maintain and update Lock Out Tag Out documentation.
• Ensure GMPs, HACCP, PSM, and safety programs are followed.
• Audit and revise department procedures as needed.
• Oversee parts/inventory with Supply Leadperson and issue parts with work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
