Our Lead Maintenance Supervisors are vital members of our Property Management Teams, responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our properties and resident satisfaction. This role involves overseeing maintenance work across various communities in the Seattle, WA region, requiring a self-starter capable of making impactful decisions, especially during after-hours emergencies. Successful candidates may advance to Regional Maintenance Manager roles.
Estimated annual salary: $75,000 - $82,000. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, sick days, volunteering leave, 401(k) match, health insurance, flexible spending, life insurance, and more.
