Job Summary

We specialize in machinery manufacturing and services, primarily Press Machines. The Regional Service Sales Manager will be responsible for service sales in the Southern Region (GA, AL, MS, NC, SC, TX). You will identify new opportunities with existing customers and develop new customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of all service products, including spare parts, field service, modernizations, advanced services, and digital products.
• Promote the company’s products within the southern region (GA, AL, MS, NC, SC, TX).
• Lead business development and sales processes for service products.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Manage market intelligence and customer information interfaces.
• Lead the Request for Quote (RFQ) response and quotation process.
• Coordinate technical and commercial aspects of proposals.
• Support clarification and negotiation processes.
• Ensure timely completion of quotations and participate in negotiations.
• Drive the sales process to maximize success and meet order targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of related sales, service, and product experience.
• Strong knowledge of capital equipment service sales, preferably in the metal stamping industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

• This is a 100% remote position requiring up to 50% travel within the assigned region.
