You will manage schedules, records, and staff to protect assets, guests, and employees, while maintaining high guest safety and satisfaction.

• Must communicate in English and interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Must be able to self-start, maintain professional appearance, and be a team player.
• Skilled in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing and landscaping.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs per corporate standards and codes.
• Prioritize and schedule service requests to ensure safety and guest convenience.
• Test and maintain life safety systems 100% operational.
• Monitor utilities and analyze consumption for efficiency.
• Review purchase requests and monitor department budget.
