Job summary

Qualifications

Experience across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping.
Ability to troubleshoot routine mechanical and electrical hotel systems.
Team-oriented with willingness to pitch in and help coworkers.

Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, and communicate openly with staff.
Implement and schedule property and equipment preventive maintenance programs.
Prioritize service requests and monitor work to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
Test life safety systems to ensure 100% operation at all times.
Monitor utilities to evaluate system efficiency.
Review purchase requests and monitor expenses to meet budget goals.
Prepare schedules, logs, and records to ensure smooth operation and minimize liabilities.
Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
