Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write and do simple math; computer skills preferred.
• Trade school and/or military training a plus.
• One to five years verifiable hands-on maintenance experience with proficiency in at least one major area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Vacant Apartments: Ready units to meet quality standards for new residents.
• Perform Maintenance Tasks: Routine and preventive maintenance including lights, filters, locks, painting, pool upkeep.
• Resident Requests: Respond promptly to service requests with professional solutions.
• Emergency On-Call Services: Be available for after-hours maintenance needs as required.
• Grounds Maintenance: Maintain common areas and keep grounds clean.
• Special Projects: Assist Maintenance Director/Supervisor with projects and preventive maintenance of systems.
• Communication: Collaborate with management and staff to uphold Arlington Properties' standards.
