Job summary

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Landmark on Scioto Apartments in Columbus, OH. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, oversee work orders, and coordinate with vendors to keep the community well-maintained and resident-focused.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair experience, plus EPA certification and strong vendor relations. You will ensure safety, respond to emergencies, and support apartment turns to uphold high

Qualifications

HVAC knowledge required.
Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
Appliance repair skills expected.
EPA Certified professionals preferred.
Experience with apartment turns and vendor negotiation.
Knowledge of residential repairs and safe use of hand/power tools.
Strong organizational skills and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Coordinate with vendors and manage supply ordering.
Oversee apartment turns and service requests to maintain property standards.
Ensure safety and quality in all maintenance tasks on the property.
