Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Planner II, CEM to lead complex maintenance projects, create detailed job plans with specifications, materials, and safety procedures, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely execution.

The role emphasizes planning efficiency, data integrity in MMS/MAC-SAP, and adherence to health and safety policies while supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of required experience or at least 8 years of equivalent experience with HS Diploma / GED.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Engineering
• Required Work Experience: 5 years
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office
• Travel Requirements: 10%

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Planner II implements complex, larger scale plans in the MMS (MAC/SAP) across maintenance activities from identification to planning, scheduling and execution.
• Keeps maintenancemaster data (part numbers, BOMs, work order history) accurate and reconciles discrepancies with Maintenance Manager.
• Ensures equipment maintenance strategy for predictive and preventative maintenance is executed in daily/weekly/monthly plans.
• Adds pertinent information to work orders to clarify scope and prep work, defines work sequences and required downtime.
• Determines cost of parts and materials for each work order and forecasts them to maintenance management.
• Collaborates with procurement and warehousing to secure non-stock parts and materials.
• Leads annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for maintenance expenditures.
• Promotes health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments.
