Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Manchester, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:00pm–10:00pm) to perform maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

You will document repairs, work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics, and support upgrades. HS diploma or GED with 2+ years’ related experience required; experience with Enfor CMMS and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and mechanical repairs.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures.
• Trouble shoots and repairs electronic and mechanical problems on equipment.
• Maintains and repairs facility mechanical components and electrical systems.
• Performs machine repair and preventative maintenance per SOPs.
