Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Class A or luxury multifamily communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance technicians to ensure timely, quality work.
• Oversee daily operations including service requests and make-readies.
• Complete service requests on time with proper documentation.
• Manage apartment turnover to support efficient make-readies and occupancy.
• Execute preventative maintenance with regular building inspections.
• Inspect occupied and vacant units to identify needs and risks.
• Monitor workflows, service delivery, and team productivity.
• Support budget management by tracking expenses and inventory.
• Collaborate with management, vendors, and partners to deliver service.
• Ensure OSHA safety, Fair Housing, and company policy compliance.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors, oversee bids and costs.
• Support emergency response and on-call coverage.
