AOG Living is seeking a Service Manager for our Houston-area multifamily properties. You will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and manage make-ready and preventative maintenance projects for an apartment community.

Requires five years of multi-family experience, EPA Section 608 certification, CPO, and CAMT preferred. Responsibilities include safety training, budgeting, andVendor coordination; tools provided by the role, with English reading/writing essential.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Five years of multi-family experience required.
EPA Section 608 (HVAC/Freon Recovery) certification required.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required.
CAMT certification preferred.
City or State permits required to perform job responsibilities.
Must supply own hand tools.

Mansioni

Oversee maintenance staff and schedule activities for the property.
Coordinate, schedule and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
Coordinate and prepare vacant units for move-in.
Coordinate safety training for maintenance staff and ensure compliance.
Manage maintenance budget and procure supplies.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
Handle groundskeeping and pool duties as needed.
