Job summary

Veolia in the United States is seeking a Maintenance and Inventory Manager for Water Technologies. The role leads maintenance employees and contractors, planning, scheduling, and overseeing PM activities while ensuring budgets and inventories are managed efficiently.

The position requires strong CMMS and inventory control skills to support chemical, expendable, and spare parts management. Candidates should have an associate degree or higher and at least four years in maintenance or project

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees and Contractors.
• Plan, Schedule, and Execute Maintenance (PM and Daily) Activities.
• Manage Chemical, Expendable, and Spare Part inventories, purchasing and receiving.
• Work with Operations to coordinate receiving of chemicals.
• Obtain quotes and acquire materials, equipment, and services.
• Work with Purchasing to issue Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt and track budgets.
