Marina Grande North Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to supervise and perform critical repairs and maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.

Based in Daytona Beach, FL, the role requires apartment maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certification, reliable transportation, and a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekend emergencies. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• EPA HVAC certification required.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas.

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
