This role involves responding to service requests, diagnosing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and preparing vacant units for market-ready status.

The ideal candidate has HVAC EPA certification and prior apartment maintenance supervision experience, with strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC EPA Certification is required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnovers and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
