Wasatch Property Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Specialist to service apartment units and common areas. You will respond quickly to resident requests, troubleshoot diverse systems, and perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to operate hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing and/or maintaining electrical systems.
• Experience repairing and/or maintaining plumbing.
• Experience repairing and/or maintaining appliances.
• Experience repairing and/or maintaining flooring/carpentry/HVAC/pools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Consistently exemplify the Wasatch brand.
• Embody an owner's mindset.
