The Elizabeth Hotel Fort Collins, part of Sage Hospitality Group, seeks a Lead Maintenance Engineer to oversee department operations in the absence of the Chief Engineer. You will supervise the maintenance team, enforce safety standards, assign work orders, and respond to guest requests to ensure flawless hotel operations.

Ideal candidates have at least four years in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry maintenance, plus a high school diploma with trades training.

Formación

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry or building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of safety and building codes.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations in absence of Chief Engineer.
• Supervise maintenance team and assign work orders and projects.
• Respond to guest requests; maintain hotel equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance across building systems and equipment.
