Sage Hospitality Group seeks a Chief Engineer for The Elizabeth, An Autograph Collection Hotel in Fort Collins, CO. The role directs property engineering, safety compliance, and operational efficiency to protect assets and guests.

You will lead the engineering team, implement maintenance programs, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to corporate/franchise standards and local codes. This is a senior leadership role in a luxury hotel environment.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of Building Management/Engineering.
• Ability to investigate and analyze information in a specialized field.
• Supervisory skills and leadership ability.
• Ability to provide information and services to hotel management and guests.
• Reading and writing comprehension for procedures, reports, receipts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee engineering staff: hire, schedule, train, coach and evaluate.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs following standards and codes.
• Prioritize service requests and monitor service quality and safety.
• Test and ensure life safety systems are fully operational.
• Monitor utility consumption to improve efficiency.
• Review procurement requests and monitor expenses against budget.
• Maintain schedules and records to ensure smooth operations and minimize liabilities.
