The North Conway Grand Hotel is seeking a maintenance professional to safely and efficiently keep the property in excellent condition. You will perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment while guiding other staff and upholding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of general building maintenance or equivalent in a trade profession.
• Vocational school certification preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator if property has pool or water park.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Lead and direct maintenance staff when required.
• Provide high level customer service and safety compliance.
